The test with the ms polymere on different materials was a great success! That stuff is rocksolid!
Kept masking frames, bows and other stuff. Started to sand surface and cleaned aluminum with aceton.
To apply the glue and install the canopy on the frame including clamping process should not take a whole lot longer than 8-10'. I did a trial and felt confident with the time.
Everything is prepared for tomorrow morning. My dad will join me for that task- doing the job alone is almost impossible!
For the black bows I use black polymere, for the aluminum part grey colored polymere, since the interior is likely to be grey!
